Daily Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with other professionals to ensure high standards of care.
Advocate for the child's well-being and development.
Create a loving, caring, and stable environment for children to explore their interests and reach their educational and life potential.
Requirements:
- Over the age of 21 years
- Have a permanent spare bedroom
- Have the right to remain in the UK
- Genuine passion for improving the lives of children
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate different age groups and needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience and ability to manage changing situation
Desirable skills
- Experience working with or alongside young people
- Understanding of trauma and its effects on young people
- Ability to collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the young person
- Resilience, patience, and the capacity to create lasting positive moments for the young person
